Description

Carbon additive is an important metallurgical raw material. It is mainly used to add deoxidizer and carburizer to molten iron during the steelmaking process of iron and steel enterprises. It can improve the quality of molten steel, stabilize the composition of molten steel, and reduce the loss of alloy elements, thereby improving the mechanical properties, chemical composition and process performance of steel.

Product Process

Raw materials: the use of high-quality anthracite coal mining of mincral grain size 1-3mm,3-5mm,5-8mm,8-15mm, 10-30 mm through rate greater than90%.The main raw materials for manufacturing carbon additive are raw materials with high carbon content such as coal, coke or lignin. After beneficiation, crushing, and mixing of the raw materials, the calcination process can be carried out.

The Main Components

Carbon Additive:steel with increased carbon additive and cast iron carbon additive , and some other materials are also useful for adding to the carbon additive, such as brake pads with additives ,as friction material. Carbon additive is applied in ironmaking steelmaking carbon materials. High quality carbon additive auxiliary additivesis essential to producing high quality steel.

3) calcined anthracite calcination furnace:after washing to drying at room temperature,and then calcining furnace accoring to the students temperature curve heating to 1240 degrees- for self containing volatile.

4)the index screeing:carburant calcination after filtering separation of different particle size of vihration sieve

5)test:the carburant screening after professional machine parameters of laboratory with thecorresponding physicochemical index
